How do I do business with you?

Please follow this process: ①inquiry → ②quotation → ③PI → ④Deposit →⑤Production → ⑥QC → ⑦Balance → ⑧Shipment → ⑨Install

① inquiry: you can visit our website: http://www.guihongsheng.com, when you choose the right product, you can email to contact@guihongsheng.com

② Quotation: Then our salesmen will send you a quotation sheet according to your inquiry.

③ PI(Proforma Invoice): PI is drafted for the customer to further confirm the product and price information. Usually, it is regarded as the contract before drafting the formal contract.

④ Deposit: Usually, we accept 30% deposit in advance, the 70% balance should be paid before the shipment.

⑤ Production: After receiving the deposit, then we arrange the production and it usually takes about 15-30 days.

⑥ QC: When the production completed, our QC member will check the product strictly and carefully according to customer’s requirement.

⑦ Balance: After preparing all your goods we will notice you pay off the 70% balance.

⑧ Shipment: we’ll arrange delivery when we guarantee all your goods in good packing after receiving your full payment.

⑨ Install: The relative install & using documents will be sent to you after receiving from the forwarder.

How long is your delivery time?

It depends, if we have stock, we can ship it within 5 days. Usually, the production takes about 15~20 days, plus the process of QC & export process, all together it takes 25~30 days .

What is your warranty policy?

1. Warranty period is 12 months from delivery date or installation date. Warranty applies to machine system and parts, excluded wear and tear items such as light bulbs, gaskets, wire shelves, etc.

2. Warranty does not cover any consequential damages, down time or other expenses directly or indirectly resulting from break down.

3. Warranty does not include units that are subjected to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, improper installation, unauthorized alteration, damages during transportation, power surges, poor supply voltage, chemical damages, water damage, flood or other risks.

4. GHS offers lifetime technical support and spare parts supply for our products. Within the warranty period, no cost necessary for spare parts if approved by GHS; After the expiration of the warranty, GHS will also supply the spare parts with reasonable price and some professional guidance.

Remark: If something is broken, sending picture to show the details would be more helpful for us to replace an exact one you need.

You can send us the following information:

2. the Type of Project

If I can not do the installation by myself, can you help us?

Yes, we can. We have professional team to do the installation and debugging, but it is on your account. Usually the cost are as bellow:

1. The round trip air ticket, board and lodging cost, visa fee, translator cost, insurance and so on, all is according to the actual cost.

2. The labor cost for each person: USD$150/day

3. If all the required tools and materials are supplied by us(all the tools and materials are belong to you), the charge rate are as follows:

A: If the total project amount is more than USD$200,000(X>200,000), we’ll charge 4% for the project.

B: If the total project amount is more than USD$30,000, but not more than USD$200,000(30,000we’ll charge 5% for the project.

C:If the total project amount is more than USD$20,000 but not more than USD$30,000(20,000≤X≤30,000), we’ll charge 8% for the project.

D: If the total project amount is less than USD$20,000(x<20,000), we’ll charge 10% for the project.

How can I pay you?

We can accept all kinds of payment methods:

1. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): for big amount, low banking fee, and short time, usually 2~3 days.

2. L/C (Letter of Credit): we usually accept irrevocable L/C at sight or 30 days, 60 days. This is also for big amount but with high banking fee, high for buyer and seller.

3. Western Union/ Moneygram: Usually for small amount or urgent payment, its real-time arrivals of account, reasonable transferring fee makes it very flexible, and you can go to the western union/ moneygram agent to transact in your country. 4. Paypal: Paypal is a popular online payment method, if you have Paypal account, it is suitable for small amount within USD$2000, otherwise, the transferring fee is quite high. For details visit http://www.paypal.com

It is my first time to import from China, how can I know the cost totally I should consider?

The cost totally until you have the product in your warehouse including:

Product cost + FOB fee + Ocean freight (international transport fee from China to your country) + terminal charges at your country + customs tax + VAT(if any) + internal transport cost at your country from port to your warehouse.


1. Product cost: the price we quote you, usually Exw price

2. FOB fee: including transport fee from factory to port, terminal charges in port, taxes and cost we pay toChinacustoms + container handling fee, etc.

3. Ocean freight: transport fee fromChinato your country , sometimes including ocean freight and TIR (transport international router )

4. Terminal charges at your country: like inChina, you should pay the local charges for container handling.

5. Custom tax (import tax): Generally speaking, in most of countries, you should pay the import customs tax when you import products to your country. The tax is different from country to country, you can go to your local customs website to check or ask the local agent.

6. VAT (value added tax): For this tax, you’d better check with your financial Dept. or your local forwarder.
